By continuing to access Trunk Pilates GmbH or website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with the privacy policy, govern Trunk Pilates GmbH relationship with you in relation to the website and studio. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website/studio. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically check our website for changes. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website, enter the studio, participate in any class/workshop or sign up for a membership or purchase a pass.

HEALTH

By booking a class and using our services, you confirm that you are physically healthy and able to participate in our classes. You confirm that before booking, you have familiarized yourself with the classes and that your physical health condition allows you to participate. You confirm that you do not suffer from any physical limitations or injuries. If you do suffer from injuries or physical limitations, are currently pregnant, or are in the postpartum phase (a doctor’s approval clearing you for exercise is required), you are obligated to inform TRUNK Pilates GmbH before booking any classes or purchasing any services and to wait for TRUNK Pilates GmbH's approval before attending a class. TRUNK Pilates GmbH reserves the right to refuse class attendance to anyone whose health could be put at risk by exercising in our studio.

You further agree that you will only attend our classes if you are not suffering from an infectious disease (e.g., Covid-19). If you notice any symptoms, you agree not to come to our studio and to inform the TRUNK Pilates GmbH staff if you have been at the studio recently.

CLOTHING IN CLASSES

You are asked to wear comfortable workout clothes: pants preferably without any zippers or buttons, a comfortable top, and no shoes, as we work out with non-slip socks. Socks must be worn at all times.

GENERAL TERMS / LIABILITY

The use of our services and equipment is at your own risk. TRUNK Pilates GmbH cannot be held liable for slight negligence. Liability for third parties is excluded.

TRUNK Pilates GmbH reserves the right to cancel and modify schedules, classes, workshops, studio facilities, and teachers at any time without prior notice.

Risk for performance passes to you at the time the contract is concluded. If TRUNK Pilates GmbH is unable to fulfil its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., force majeure such as pandemics, governmental restrictions, or environmental disasters), TRUNK Pilates GmbH is released from its obligations. Payments for purchases made remain due and will not be refunded.

You are liable for any damage caused to the studio or equipment. You agree to follow the instructions of our coaches at all times. TRUNK Pilates GmbH reserves the right to expel you from our services and studio if you violate our terms and conditions, breach our principles and values, or display insulting behavior toward other clients or our coaches. If this occurs, no refunds will be issued.

Trunk Pilates GmbH is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.

Trunk Pilates has the right to refuse entry at anytime. Bookings are to be made via the booking software Bsport, either on our website or the app. Payment needs to be made upon booking. To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking. Credits can be in form of unlimited memberships, 10/20 Class passes, New Client Offer or drop in classes. All passes are valid for the period indicated regardless of Public Holidays or any other scheduled studio closure in that period.

All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering. Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period.

Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.

Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits. All purchases are final. Trunk Pilates GmbH does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on services, workshops or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All passes and memberships are non-transferable.

Trunk Pilates GmbH reserves the right to pass on the cost of any additional bank fees which may incur from disputed or failed transactions regarding a members account. Passes and memberships may not be shared. Anyone caught sharing memberships will be denied entry and forfeit their pass or membership permanently.

PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy is intended to inform you about the data and information gathered, stored, and collected by TRUNK Pilates GmbH when using our services.

TRUNK Pilates GmbH takes your privacy seriously and is committed to preserving the privacy and confidentiality of all information provided by the user.

By filling in our contact form, signing up for our newsletter, booking our classes, and making related payments, TRUNK Pilates GmbH collects and stores personal data and information in accordance with Swiss and EU data protection laws. Please note that we only store the data you choose to provide us during these processes. To personalise your digital experience, we may track your activity and interests on our digital platforms.

You have the right to modify or remove personal data previously provided by you at any time.

MEMBERSHIPS & PASSES

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS CHF349.-/Month

You agree to be billed monthly. The membership begins with the purchase and has a minimum term of 3 months. After this minimum term, the membership continues indefinitely unless canceled via email to info@trunkpilates.ch with a minimum notice period of 14 days before the next billing date. Cancellations via phone, in person, or through social media will not be accepted. Membership can be suspended and suspensions must be in monthly intervals. The cancellation notice period cannot be suspended. Classes must be canceled via the booking system with a minimum notice of 6 hours before the class starts. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a penalty fee of CHF 15 per class. Cancelations via email, social media, phone or in person are not accepted.

Cannot be shared, transferred or cancelled early due to change of mind, injury, relocation or for any other reason.

It is your responsibility to have enough funds in your account to cover your monthly instalments. Failure to do so may incur additional bank fees and administration fees. Any outstanding debt may be passed onto debt collection. All additional bank fees, admin fees or debt collection fees must be covered by you. Your ability to attend and book classes may be stopped until all outstanding debt is finalised. However, your membership continues running and all remaining instalments are due as per regular schedule.

If you added yourself to the waitlist and a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added to the class up until 4 hours before class commencement. If a spot becomes available with less than 4 hours notice, you will be offered a spot which you can either decline or take. Please make sure to cancel your waitlisted spot for classes you no longer wish to attend. Classes may become available during the night, if you are unable to check in the morning, please remove yourself off the waitlist before bed. If you get pushed into class from the waitlist, our regular cancelation notice applies.PRE OPENING OFFER CHF279/Month

20 CLASS PASS

Valid for 8 months from purchase. Cannot be shared, transferred, extended or refunded. Classes must be cancelled via the booking system with a minimum notice of 6 hours before class commencement. Late cancels and no shows will forfeit their class. Cancelations via email, social media, phone or in person are not accepted.

NEW CLIENT OFFER 5 FOR CHF 50.-

Valid for 2 Weeks from open date 31st March. Access to any 5 classes. Cannot be shared, extended or refunded. Only available to new clients. New Client Offers can only be purchased once per client. Clients found to be purchasing New Client Offers multiple times will be banned from the studio. Classes must be cancelled via the booking system with a minimum notice of 6 hours before class commencement. Late cancels and no shows will forfeit their class.
